想到紅豆就有反胃感
現在稍稍恢復對紅豆的好感
所以又煮了鍋紅豆紫米湯
可以單喝也可以加牛奶

電鍋:用了N年想換又捨不得換的大同電鍋

清洗
紅豆+紫米洗淨
注意:加一些洗潔精(食品級的更好)用流動的水洗好一陣子
浸泡
水量:食用水高過紅豆與紫米約2公分
(不要放生水畢竟是要吃不是洗淨)
方式:上保鮮膜放入冷藏1天
目的:讓紅豆紫米軟軟好熟
電鍋
內鍋水:高過紅豆與紫米
外鍋水:3杯
鑄鐵鍋
將電鍋煮過的紅豆與紫米放入鑄鐵鍋
火候:中間小火
時間:2小時
注意:每10分鐘攪拌1次

通常我會配牛奶加熱用攪拌棒變成紅豆紫米鮮奶
